Crisis is the point in a story where there is a time of difficulty or danger. In Pygmalion, the crisis occurs after the dinner party when Eliza wins the bet. She then realizes that Higgins doesn't respect her nor care about her welfare after she was done with his game. She has no clue of where to go next, and this is the point of greatest tension for Eliza. She cannot return to being a flower girl now, and is too proper to work in a flower shop.
