Socialism is a political theory of social organization in which capitalism is overthrown, and means of the distribution of wealth and production is regulated by a community as a whole. This eliminates the problems caused by social class, poverty, and unequal distribution of wealth. In Pygmalion, socialism is not in place however one can assume the author's underlying feelings of socialism when he pokes fun of London's society and social classes.
