I disagree with this critique because I feel that although the play is light and humorous, George Bernard Shaw did intend for his play to stay in the theme with his socialist view. I feel that this is the case because of how he consistently reveals the flaws in London's society.
I agree with this critique because I feel that the original's version of the ending of Pygmalion stays more true to George Bernard Shaw's ideals than My Fair lady Does.
